Nature's Treasure

The warmer weather is finally here and my excursions along the coast are even more enjoyable. I continue to increase my stock of drift wood and my trove of agates. Neither are easily found and I always get exited when I make a quality find.

Here's a shot of a place where there was a bunch of very fine silvery driftwood...not any's now a part of my stash. It's a real workout when you have to carry it back though the shifting sand and gravel.

At least the agates aren't heavy...until my pockets get bulging. I built a small fourteen inch long sort of ladle with a good scoop at the end, to save my back with all the stooping down I do.

Awesome scenery!
